A red brick Victorian building, the Bloomsbury Park Hotel is set on Southampton Row in historic Holborn, 300 meters from the British Museum. The building is the 1899 birthplace of John Barbirolli, Conductor Laureate of Britain's distinguished Halle Orchestra. From Heathrow Airport guests can take the Piccadilly line on the Underground (metro) to Russell Square Station. From there, turn left out of the Station and walk to the Russell Hotel. Turn left and the Bloomsbury Park is a few minutes' walk away on the left.
